[Important Notice] Precautions When Using Certain Overseas Booking Sites (e.g., Agoda)

Recently, some agents have been reselling the available rooms that our company provides to partner sites on overseas booking sites (such as Agoda), which has led to the following issues:

・The hotel was not notified of the guest's reservation, so a room has not been reserved.
・Information different from the room and dates the guest reserved is sent to the hotel, resulting in the hotel failing to secure a room with the correct room type and dates.
・Because there is a delay of several days between when a customer completes a reservation and when the hotel receives notification of the reservation, the hotel is unable to confirm the reservation.
・They are sometimes sold at prices significantly higher than the rates set by the hotel.
・It may be sold as a non-refundable item.

For this reason, for reservations made through certain overseas booking sites (such as Agoda), we ask that you contact the site where you made the reservation directly.
Even if you contact the hotel, due to administrative procedures, we are unable to confirm, change, or cancel your reservation (including advance payments made by credit card).
