Accommodation Agreement
- Article 1 — Scope of Application
- Accommodation contracts and related agreements concluded between this guesthouse and guests shall be governed by the provisions of this Agreement. Matters not stipulated herein shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations, or by generally accepted practices.
- If the guesthouse agrees to a special arrangement that does not violate such laws or customs, the special arrangement shall take precedence over the provisions of this Agreement.
- Article 2 — Application for Accommodation

Guests wishing to make a reservation must provide the following information:
- Name of the guest
- Date of stay and estimated time of arrival
- Accommodation charges
- Any other information deemed necessary by the guesthouse
Please note:
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to stay.
Guests aged 13–15 may stay only if accompanied by a family member or guardian aged 20 or over, and with a signed parental consent form.
Guests aged 16–18 (including high school students) may stay without an adult only if a signed consent form is submitted for each guest.
Each room accommodates only one guest. We do not accept bookings for bed-sharing. - Article 3 — Conclusion of the Contract
- The accommodation contract is considered concluded when the guesthouse accepts the application outlined in the previous article. However, this does not apply if the guesthouse has clearly declined the request.
- Upon confirmation, guests are required to pay a deposit by the date specified by the guesthouse. The deposit shall not exceed the cost of three nights’ accommodation.
- The deposit will be applied toward the total amount due. In the event of cancellation (as outlined in Articles 6 and 18), the deposit will be used first to cover cancellation fees, then damages, and any remaining balance will be refunded at check-out.
- If the guest fails to pay the deposit by the specified deadline, the contract may be deemed void. However, this only applies if the guesthouse informed the guest of the payment deadline at the time of acceptance.
- Article 4 — Special Arrangements Without Deposit
- Notwithstanding the preceding article, the guesthouse may agree to waive the deposit requirement.
- If the guesthouse does not request a deposit or specify a deadline when confirming the reservation, this shall be considered as acceptance of such a special arrangement.
- Article 5 — Right to Refuse Accommodation

The guesthouse may refuse to conclude an accommodation contract under any of the following circumstances:
- If the application does not comply with this agreement
- If no rooms are available
- If the guest is likely to violate laws, public order, or good morals
- If the guest falls into any of the following categories:
- A member of or affiliated with an organized crime group
- A corporation or organization controlled by such a group
- A corporation with any board member belonging to such a group
- If the guest has previously caused significant disturbance to other guests
- If the guest is clearly suffering from an infectious disease
- If the guest makes violent demands or unreasonable requests
- If accommodation is not possible due to natural disasters, facility failures, or other unavoidable reasons
- If the guest falls under any of the categories specified by the Okinawa Prefectural Hotel Business Act Enforcement Ordinance, such as:
- Being excessively intoxicated or behaving in a disruptive manner
- Having extremely unclean clothing or appearance that may disturb other guests
- If the guest has previously violated any of the items listed in Article 5 (3), (7), or (9)
- Article 6 — Guest’s Right to Cancel the Contract
- Guests may cancel their accommodation contract by notifying the guesthouse.
- If the cancellation is due to reasons attributable to the guest, the guesthouse will charge a cancellation fee as outlined in Attached Table 1, except in cases where the guesthouse had not requested a deposit or specified a payment deadline as per Article 3, Paragraph 2.
- If the guest fails to arrive by 10:00 PM on the scheduled check-in date (or within two hours after the notified arrival time), without prior notice, the guesthouse may consider the reservation cancelled and process it accordingly.

The percentages shown indicate the cancellation fee as a proportion of the basic accommodation charge.
If the number of nights is reduced, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's (the first night’s) basic charge will be charged, regardless of how many nights are cancelled.
In the case of multi-night bookings, if any or all nights are cancelled, a cancellation fee will apply for each cancelled night.
If the number of guests is reduced, a cancellation fee will apply to each cancelled guest, regardless of the total number of guests originally booked.
- Article 7 — Guesthouse’s Right to Cancel the Contract
- The guesthouse may cancel the accommodation contract under any of the following circumstances. In such cases, the guesthouse shall not be held liable for any resulting damages:
- If the guest is found to fall under any of the prohibited categories listed in Article 5, or such facts come to light during the stay
- If the guest smokes in the bedroom, eats or drinks in unauthorized areas, tampers with fire safety equipment (limited to actions required for fire prevention), or otherwise violates the prohibited items specified in the house rules.
- Article 8 — Guest Registration
- On the day of check-in, guests are required to register the following information at the front desk:
- Name, age, gender, address, and occupation
- For foreign nationals: nationality, passport number, port of entry, and date of entry
- Departure date and estimated time of departure
- Any other information deemed necessary by the guesthouse
- If the guest plans to settle payment by traveler's check, accommodation coupon, or credit card, this must be presented at the time of registration.
- Article 9 — Use of Facilities
- Guest rooms may be used from 3:00 PM on the day of check-in until 10:00 AM on the day of check-out. For consecutive stays, guests may use the room all day, except on check-in and check-out days.
- If a guest remains in common areas such as the lounge after check-out for an extended period equivalent to a stay, the guesthouse reserves the right to charge an additional fee of ¥700 per hour or one full night's rate.
- This also applies to non-registered guests using the facility.
- Note: During the cleaning hours (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM), the shower rooms and restrooms may be unavailable. For details, please contact the front desk.
- Article 10 — Compliance with House Rules
- Guests are required to follow the house rules established by the guesthouse, which are posted within the facility or provided upon check-in.
- Lounge lights will be turned off at 10:50 PM.
- After this time, please refrain from loud conversation or drinking, and be mindful of other guests.
- If disruptive noise or behavior occurs after lights-out, the guest may be asked to leave the lounge.
- Article 11 — Operating Hours
- The operating hours of guest services are as follows:
- Service hours for front desk, cashier, etc.
Curfew: None
Front Desk Service: 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM
Telephone Inquiries: 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM - Please note that these hours may be temporarily changed if necessary. In such cases, the guesthouse will provide appropriate notice.
- Article 12 — Payment of Fees
- The breakdown of accommodation fees and the method of payment shall follow the guesthouse's regulations.
- Payment may be made in cash, by credit card, or by other approved methods, at check-in or whenever requested by the guesthouse.
- Even if a guest voluntarily chooses not to stay after a room has been made available, the full accommodation charge will still apply.
- Article 13 — Guesthouse’s Liability
- The guesthouse shall be liable for any damage incurred by the guest as a result of the performance or non-performance of the accommodation contract and related agreements, unless such damage was caused by reasons not attributable to the guesthouse.<.
- The guesthouse is covered by liability insurance in case of fire or other emergencies.
- Article 14 — Unavailability of Reserved Rooms
- If we are unable to provide the contracted room, we will make every effort to find another facility with equivalent conditions. If no alternative is available, a compensation fee will be paid.
- There are 5 parking spaces available, and advance reservations are not accepted.
Parking is ¥700 per night (until 10:00 AM the following morning).
If the lot is full, please use a nearby coin-operated parking facility. - Article 15 — Parking
- The guesthouse only provides parking space and is not responsible for managing parked vehicles, regardless of whether the guest leaves the key with the facility.
However, the guesthouse will compensate for any damages caused by its intentional or negligent acts while managing the parking area. - There are 5 parking spaces available, and advance reservations are not accepted.
Parking is ¥700 per night (until 10:00 AM the following morning).
If the lot is full, please use a nearby coin-operated parking facility. - Article 16 — Valuables and Deposited Items
- The guesthouse does not accept custody of cash or valuables at the front desk.
- Guests are asked to use the in-room safety box and take full responsibility for its use. The guesthouse is not liable for any loss or damage. In the event of a lost safety box key, a compensation fee of ¥1,500 will be charged.
- If a guest fails to store their valuables in the safety box and damage or loss occurs due to the guesthouse’s intentional or negligent acts, the guesthouse may offer compensation after discussion. However, for items not declared in advance, the maximum liability is ¥150,000 unless the guesthouse is found to have been grossly negligent or intentionally at fault.
The guesthouse shall not be liable for losses or damages resulting from: - Natural disasters or other force majeure
- Legal orders or seizure by authorities
- Theft or damage caused by third parties
- Any other circumstances not attributable to the guesthouse
- Article 17 — Guest Luggage and Belongings
- If a guest's luggage arrives before check-in, the guesthouse will accept it only with prior consent, and store it responsibly until the guest checks in.
- If belongings are left behind after check-out, the guesthouse will take reasonable steps according to applicable laws.
If the owner is identifiable, the guesthouse may contact them and follow their instructions, though it is not obligated to do so.
Items will be kept for up to 3 months. If no inquiry is made, they may be disposed of. - Article 18 — Guest Liability
- If the guest causes damage to the guesthouse, whether intentionally or through negligence, the guest shall be liable to compensate the guesthouse for such damages.
- Article 19 — Disclaimer of Liability
- Guests use the internet or computer networks on the premises at their own risk.
The guesthouse is not liable for any interruptions or damages caused by system failures or other issues during use.
If inappropriate use of the network causes damage to the guesthouse or third parties, the guest shall be responsible for compensation. - Guest House Terms of Use (final item)
- To ensure a safe and pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following rules, in accordance with Article 10 of the Accommodation Agreement. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of your accommodation contract under Article 7.
- Please read these guidelines carefully upon check-in.
- Fire Safety
- Do not use fire or flammable items in or near the beds or other high-risk areas.
- Items Not Allowed on the Premises
Please do not bring the following items into the guesthouse:
- Pets or other animals
- Items that emit strong or unpleasant odors
- Unclean items that may dirty or damage property
- Large quantities of personal belongings
- Explosives, flammable substances, or highly volatile materials
- Illegal items or anything prohibited by law
- Firearms, bladed weapons, or items that may be used for criminal purposes
- Anything deemed dangerous or inappropriate by the guesthouse
- Behavior and Conduct
- Please avoid loud voices, singing, or any disruptive behavior that may disturb others.
- Do not use sleeping pills or other substances in ways that may cause disturbances.
- Gambling and activities that disrupt public morals are strictly prohibited.
- Do not move or alter the position of furniture or equipment without permission.
- Guests may be charged for any damage, loss, or contamination of property caused by intent or negligence.
- Payments and Valuables
- All payments (accommodation, rentals, purchases, etc.) must be made in advance.
- The guesthouse cannot cover costs on your behalf, such as shopping, taxis, stamps, or shipping.
- Do not invite non-registered guests into your room.
- Guest Access and Common Areas
- Do not invite non-registered guests into your room.
- The lounge lights will be turned off at 10:50 PM. After this time, guests may continue to use the lounge, but please do so quietly and respectfully to avoid disturbing others. If there is excessive noise or disruption, you may be asked to leave the lounge immediately.
- Payment for accommodation, rentals, and merchandise is required in advance.
- Smoking
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the facility. Please use designated smoking areas.
- Changes to Your Stay
- If you wish to change your number of nights, please inform the front desk in advance.
- For extended stays, payment is required at the time of the extension.
- Payment Method
- Payment should be made in cash or via approved traveler’s checks, coupons, or credit cards at the front desk.
- Personal checks (other than traveler’s checks) are not accepted.
- Use of Photos
- Any photos or videos taken inside the facility may not be used for commercial purposes without permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
- Organized Crime Groups and Public Order
- Guests affiliated with organized crime groups or other antisocial forces will not be allowed to stay.
- If such affiliations are discovered after a reservation is made or during the stay, the guesthouse reserves the right to cancel the reservation immediately.
